It reads, “I do require people to pay up front to work with me, but cancellations before the appointment time are fully refundable. I understand that sometimes rescheduling needs to happen; reschedules are accommodated for at no cost/penalty so long as it works with my schedule. Refunds are not given post session for any reason.
