let’s get into it.

Q: Are you accepting new clients again yet?

A: I am! The next new client availability is in February. Established client availability is always better, and is typically two weeks out (right now it’s further than that because I offered a sale in mid-December). Cancellations do happen for both new clients and established clients. If you happen to see something week-of or the following week, go ahead and grab it.

Q: What’s a session like?

A: Like if your life coach already knew everything about you? That’s my best description. I’m very good at helping people create a map to get where they want to go. Because I’m so psychic, people don’t usually have to go through the layers themselves to help me understand what happened to them. Most people book with me for the first time because they want a map toward their goals, and I’m able to do that so long as their goals make sense (they don’t always!). People tend to come back because they want to check that they’re following the map or because they want my help to redraw the map.

Q: What should I do to prepare for a session?

A: New clients are welcome to write or think of a list categories you know you want to cover. People can give me more detail than that, but I don’t need usually it. Honestly, what I actually need from you is to come in with your heart open, and with as little nervous energy as you can. If you come in with your heart shut down (“I don’t want to be here, and I think this is stupid”), or you’re inwardly losing it (“I am on the verge of a panic attack”), it can be hard for me to get in there and do my job well. Energetically, this process is a two way street. If you’re feeling unwilling to book with me or are too scared to book with me, please don’t book with me. When you book before you’re ready, you’re taking a slot away from someone who will truly benefit from my work. If you are ready, remember: open heart, settled nervous system, a few categories or concerns. That’s what I need from you.

Q: So you’re a psychic medium?

A: Yeah. Basically. I mean technically yes, but I don’t do that much traditional mediumship in my work at this point. I refer to myself as a psychic medium in conversation because people know what that is. People don’t know what an intuitive counselor is. Could I call myself a “seer” or a “channel”, instead? Sure. I consider it all semantics and synonyms, personally. “Psychics” as a group have a bad reputation because charlatans and scammers exist, and I respect people’s skepticism. That said, it’s not my fault that other people are shitty. Here’s a hint: people with real talent don’t advertise for their services. Not outside of social media, anyway. We don’t need to because someone is going to tell you about us. Here’s an addendum to that hint: not everyone with real talent is a good person. Be discerning, and respectful of your own inner knowing. If something feels off, that’s because it is.

Q: I really want to connect with a dead person. Should I book with you?

A: No. It’s something I can do, and some days I do it very well. But I’m not that consistent with this gift yet. I’ve shifted my offerings over the past five years to intuitive channeling (or, “psychic work”). If that’s what you’re looking for, email me and I can send you to a more traditional medium I trust and like. My goal is to move back toward ancestral mediumship, but right now it’s not my speciality.

Q: Are you virtual?

A: Yep! Most of my clients live outside of Tucson. All of my work is currently virtual, via phone or Zoom, so distance isn’t an issue, no matter where you are in the world.

Q: Will you ever go back to doing in-person work?

A: Maybe? It’s just hard for me to make an argument for spending that much money to maintain an office when most of my clients are bicoastal, anyway. And I’d rather jump in front of a train than let random people into my house again, a la 2017 to 2019. I like being with my cat, too. I want an office again at some point, but right now it’s all virtual.

Q: Do you record your sessions?

A: I don’t record the sessions myself and then send them to you. I’m not organized enough to do those extra steps for each session, and I don’t have the security in place on my computer to keep those files as safe as they need to be. However, you are welcome to record the session. You can record it to your computer or can record an audio file. Recording me is fine. I just don’t want to deal with the clerical and security aspects of managing the recordings.

Q: Can I invite someone else (a close friend, my spouse, my parent) to sit in on my session with you?

A: Please don’t bring anyone else. Not bringing other people is considered one of the only universal standards of etiquette in my profession. It either mucks up the energy (makes my job harder) or just gives me more work to do (because I’m doing multiple readings for one rate with less time). If you’re too scared to see me alone, then you’re not ready to book. If someone doesn’t speak English and needs a translator, I’m happy to make an exception. Email me and we’ll figure it out.

Q: Do you offer couples’ sessions?

A: I know this question seems similar to the one above, but they’re different questions. No, I don’t do couples’ work right now. I don’t think I’m ready for it yet. But I know someone who does. Send me an email and we’ll get you to the right person.

Q: How did you get into this work? When did you first figure out you were psychic?

A: I was your average Pisces child, and in no way a prodigy. I figured out I was psychic at age twenty-five, after being possessed by a dead person while I was living in New Orleans back in 2015. I received an exorcism from a Mexican shaman named Don Pedro, which seemed to flip the switch on the mediumship and psychic ability. It was incredibly fucking weird and traumatizing; I do not recommend it. After going through an apprenticeship period (where you do the work for free as practice), I formally started my business in July of 2017, and went full time January 2019. You can listen to the very weird details of what I call my “origin story” on my friend Bevin’s podcast, Bevin: A Femme Over Forty and her Friends. It’s a killer podcast. I’m featured on episodes 29 and 53.

Q: Where are you from originally?

A: I’m from Tucson, AZ. Aside from a couple sojourns in my twenties, I’ve lived here since 1992. I’m a proud fourth-generation University of Arizona alum.

Q: I want to “get to know you”, but I don’t want to book a session. Can we hang out or go on a date?

A: No. I’m not friends with my clients. Also I’m married.
